BLOCK SIZE: 0.85 M.x 0.90 M. (Lx Wx H).
SPEED: 30 – 36 Strokes / Minute.
MOTOR: 1.0 H.P. x 1440 R.P.M., 415 Volts (“ABB/Siemens”) make.
GEAR BOX: A – 237 (“Greaves” or “Equivalent”).
DESIGN: Standard design pusher moving to and fro on taper slideway through an adjustable tie rod. A removable frame having adjustable/fixed blades is placed in front of the pusher to cut the billets of desired size, Stamping Beam travels up and down on two piston rods to facilitate accurate stamping. Machine is totally enclosed with three sides.
