The external body is fabricated from mild steel plate and brassing materials. Four Chilled Cast Iron Rolls duly spiral grooved and suspended on cast steel bearing block with bearing and levers with safty devices. It is robust and long lasting.

Chilled cast iron alloy rolls fitted with EN8 shaft having surface hardness 530 BHN upto 25 MM depth and spiral grooved as per customer requirement. 4 No.
Cast steel bearing block with 70 MM dia bearing with swing lever and shafty pull back washers/spring. 8 Nos.
Feed hopper fitted with feed roll, lever and geared electric motor for drive. 1 Sets
Cast iron V-pulleys and V-Belts for internal drive. 10 Sets
Permanent Magnet (100 mm x 1100 mm) with lever fitted below feed roll. 1 Sets
Electrical motors. 2 Nos.
Roll side and surface sealing with curves. 8 Nos.
