Emkay Horizontal Granulators
It is most suitable for dry granulations. All the contact parts such as hopper, hexo-gonal rotor are made out of S.S. The unit is driven by means of 2 H.P. motor through a gear box. The granulator is supplied complete with one no.S.S. sieve. The sieve can be change by means of quick opening and locking arrangement . Capacity 200 Kg. per hour for dry granules and 30 to 50 Kgs. per hour for wet granules depending on the moisture content.

Emkay Double Cone Blender
Suitable to mix powder. The unit is made out of 304 quality highly polished stainless steel and mounted on a suitable stand on ball bearings. The unit is driven by an electric motor coupled to a sturdy reductin gear-box. The full capacity of the Double Cone Blender is twice the load capacity.
