Emkay Reaction Vessels with Agitators

Standard models Agitators :

Portable Constant speed. Mixers are available in R.P.M. of 1500/1000/750 & H.P. varying in the range of 0.5 to 3.0.

Speciality Agitated Equipments:

EMKAY Blender cum high performance mixer fitted with double motors for indicidual shafts centrally located consists of a stainless steel tank with jacket for heating. Two concentric agitators are provided for multi directional stirring operation. One slow and peripherical and other fast and working centrally as indicated in diagram - 'C' The other Agitator is clearing the tank wall which throws back the agitated product to the centre of the agitator unit. The system is used for :

An intense and efficient performance for circulatin of the whole quantity of the product to be agitated free from stagnant areas.

Performs an increased thermal exchange. Theis systemfinds extensive use for :

• High solids coating colour preparation.
• The high consistency raw starch transformation with enzymes.
• For preparation of paints and one coat compounds.
• To disperse and prepare the coating slip with Zinc Oxide and form printing inks, plastisols etc.

Note:

• Wide applicatioins warrant the.use of various material of constructions such as SS 304, SS 316L, Rubber lined,PVC lined etc.
• For reaction vessels and for highly inflammable materials, Stuffing box Single and Double mechanical seals with siphon assembly can be provided.
• For suitable design and selection of Agitaotors, client is requested to fill up the Data-Sheet
• Variable spleed drives and Flame Proof Motors can be incorporated for special application agitators,

• EMKAY Reactors are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of commissioning and 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier EMKAY Engineers provide two free visits to check operation & Maintenance of reactors.
• EMKAY Reactors are multipurpose range of reactors filled with Ancher impeller or Turbine blades to suit requirements of Paints, food, Pharmaceuticals, Paper, Distillery units etc.

Emkay stainless steel cylindrical tanks

This unit is made out of stainless steel sheets (304 Quality) with weldings done by Argon Arc process. The tanks are polished and buffed from inside and outside to give mirror finish and are supplied complete with lid l outlet valve with nose nipple M.S stand with castor wheels etc.

(25 Lts. to 100 Lts are supplied without valves and stand. The diamensions are approximate and are subject to change depending on the availability of S.S Sheets).
