Emkay designed, double arm kneader mixer is most suitable for preparing solids, pastes, high viscos substance, with special version for heating and cooling system, pressure and vacuum operations with mechanical or hydraulic tilting arrangements.

- Container : Are of Bolted Constrution and are machined to maintain uniform clearance between blades and side walls of the container. This ensures thorough Kneading of the material. A mild steel jacket to withstand pressures upto 3 Kg/Cm2 is welded to the Kneader shell for heating or cooling operations.
- Housing : Are perfectly machined for smooth and trouble free rotation of the shafts. Gland packing and seals are provided to make the machine leak proof.
- Blades : Are casted in one single piece with the shaft being an integral part of the blade. The shape and weight of the blade are carefully calculated for optimum kneading results.
- Tilting :The Frame is fabricated from ISMC sections & cladded with M. S. Sheets to withstand heavy static & dynamic loads. Totally enclosed construction can be provided on request.

Emkay Kneaders are designed for kneading of highly stiff pastes & viscous products to perfect consistency in short intervals, machines are designed with great care to ensure uniform tolerance between the blades and container walls. The speed and rotation of the blades in opposite direction ensures that the material is subjected to smearing, action as the material comes between the blades & side walls of the container.
