Sigma Mixer (S.S)

Design: Inter driven blades with Single Drive. This is very robust duty Machine. Blades and speed of Blades has been designed to give maximum and through mixing. Blades are Machine balanced to avoid any jering while working.

SHAFT ASSEMBLY: All the four (ends) Shafts of Blades are supported by self.

AND BEARING : Aligning Spherical Roller Bearings enclosed in Plumber blocks. This carries all the thrust load & helps in smooth Running. Gland Housing have been made leakproop to protect them from damage by Powder contact.

BASE FRAME: Mixer is mounted on a composite bed frame and base is made of heavy Structural Steel to avoid any shock or Vibration. It is a complete Machine just ready to operate (without electricals).
